    Any suggestions on what you think I could email my team and tell them what they can be doing over this break.

    • The thing that will probably get lost the most is their conditioning. Yes, I understand that conditioning is completely secondary in most practices and especially once season begins, but their legs are still doing things in practice and games. With no activity they lose leg conditioning and strength the fastest. Have them run, not distance, but sprints. Sprints build leg muscle and leg power.
